Bruce Wayne, may be behind bars, but the real criminals are still out there. ![]() scaled back!Īfter 5 hours of STA and over 3 hours of Aquatico, where I can easily count the time in the demo at over 10 hours, my conclusion is that both games have their advantages and both games have their disadvantages! Aquatico is very repetitive and you quickly saw everything! As already mentioned, STA is more of a demo.A lot can change in 10 years, especially in Gotham! Batman, a.k.a. STA inspires me too, but as usual, it's not that easy and otherwise it still seems very. In its current state, STA looks more like a demo - for just under 20 euros! The Aquatico publishers did better with playtests and a very good demo that included two maps and had everything except base protection and no attack events! The demo gave you a very good impression of what kind of game Aquatice is. Here the survival aspect is a bit more developed and the danger from deep-sea monsters is much greater and comes into play quite early! STA takes place in the mid-1970s and is more based on the horror film Deep Star Six and Cameron's sci-fi hit The Abyss! The cloning of humans is the main story here - the intro film explains it well. It's still reminiscent of Patron underwater - I don't think it's that bad, but it plays too much like other Colony Sims. Released by the Patron developers, Aquatico also uses the same engine but was developed by a different team. Aquatico does not play in the deep sea, but after a meteorite impact under the water level. ![]()
